We collect the details you give us through our forms (such as your name, email address, phone number and enquiry) and the information needed to provide accounting and tax services.

We use this information to respond to enquiries, provide our services, meet our legal obligations and, where you have agreed, keep you informed. Our lawful bases are contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests and consent.

When you send an enquiry we keep a record of it, together with which of our pages you looked at during that visit, how you found us (for example a search engine or an advert) and your approximate location (town or region). This helps us answer you and understand which services people are looking for. We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a client.

We only send you marketing, or include you in audiences for our online advertising, if you tick the box to hear from us. You can change your mind at any time.

We share data only where necessary: with HMRC and Companies House when we file on your behalf, and with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract. We keep client records for at least five years after our relationship ends, as required by law.

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, object to processing, and request a copy of it. Contact us through the booking form on our contact page. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We aim to keep information accurate and up to date but make no guarantee that it is complete or current. Tax rules and thresholds change regularly.
