Who it's for
Payroll that keeps your team and HMRC happy
As soon as you pay an employee, or yourself as a company director, through PAYE, you take on monthly payroll duties: calculating pay correctly, reporting it to HMRC in real time and paying over tax and National Insurance on time. Mistakes affect your people directly, so getting it right every month matters.
We run payroll for:
- Limited companies paying a salary to their directors
- Small businesses with a handful of employees
- Growing teams that have outgrown spreadsheets
- Employers who want to hand payroll over to a specialist
Everything happens online. You tell us about hours, changes, starters and leavers before each pay run, we process it, and you approve it before anyone is paid.

04
We run payroll and report
Payslips go out, RTI goes to HMRC and you receive a summary of what to pay and when.
Deadlines and records
Payroll deadlines and what we need from you
Under Real Time Information, employers must report pay to HMRC on or before each payday through a Full Payment Submission. The PAYE and National Insurance you owe is usually due by the 22nd of the following month when paid electronically.
At the end of each tax year, employees must receive a P60 by 31 May. Employers also have ongoing workplace pension duties under auto-enrolment, including enrolling eligible staff and paying contributions on time.
Before each monthly pay run we will usually need:
- Hours worked, overtime, bonuses or commission
- Details of new starters, including their starter checklist
- Leaving dates for anyone who has left
- Any sickness, maternity, paternity or other statutory pay
